Holcomb's Guernsey Farm

Holcomb’s Guernsey Farm, located in Greene, New York, is a family owned and operated farm. In 1954, Robert “Bob” and Ethel Holcomb purchased the farm from Bob’s father Earl. Along with their two sons’, Donald and Duane, they worked hard to build the farm and cows into the champions they are today.

The farm sits on approximately 325 acres of land, just off from Jackson Hill Road. Don, the herdsman, and Duane are kept busy each day with approximately 120 head of Golden Guernsey cattle, of which 65 are milking two times per day. For more history on Holcomb’s Guernsey Farm, visit Holcomb Family.

Don, Bob and Shannon and N.Y.S. Fair

Although Bob has “retired” from the farm, he continues to travel the show circuit each year with Duane and his five grandchildren. Three generations of Holcomb’s attend each show. Visit On the Road to see what show’s the family attends and how we faired. Stop by and say hello to Bob and his family at one of their upcoming shows, the New York State Fair and the All-American Dairy Show.

Check out what we do on the weekend!

Visitors are always welcome!
